1 - How can I find out where my parcel is?
Once your order has been validated, our system sends you an automatic e-mail with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder.
2 - Can I smoke your products?
Under current law, all retailers in France are prohibited from selling CBD as a smoking product (although the same products can be legally consumed elsewhere).
We are not responsible for the end use of each consumer.
3 - How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been paid for, it will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (working days), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery time is then between 48h/72h by Colissimo, 48h/72h by point relais; these times are indicative and in no way contractual.
The delivery time indicated on our site is only an estimate and in no way constitutes a contract. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to check the delivery time to the addressee or the delivery point. Thank you for your understanding.
4 - My parcel has not been delivered or has been lost?
For any parcel that has not arrived at its destination, please contact us by e-mail with your order number so that we can launch an investigation.
Note in the subject line: "Lost parcel" followed by your order number.

Without this information, we will not be able to process your request.
The carrier must provide customers with proof of signature (if the parcel delivery against signature option has been chosen).
The time required for any investigation is between 8 and 15 working days.
5 - Is the purchase and shipment carried out discreetly?
Yes, we are very vigilant on this point.
Your bank statement will show Génération.
On the parcel, the sender's name will also be Génération.
And all our products are shipped in the best possible conditions to avoid any odors escaping from the box.
6 - Where is my parcel shipped from?
We ship all our products from France.
7 - Can I order from anywhere in the world?
