Where are the parcels shipped from and where can they be delivered to?

All products available on the site are shipped from France (except special requests).

They can be dispatched to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), as well as to French overseas departments and territories and the whole of Europe. This includes Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

How do I ship my order?

Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the delivery method you have chosen. It will be carefully wrapped and packaged according to its nature.

Orders are sent in cardboard parcels (Colissimo) or cardboard boxes (PAP and Lettre Suivie).

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a "tracking number" by e-mail. You'll be able to track the progress of your order easily.

What happens if I've ordered an item and it's out of stock?

If you have placed an order for an item and, exceptionally, we no longer have it in stock, a Customer Service advisor will contact you to inform you as soon as possible.

We will offer you a replacement product and, if necessary, create a credit note. This credit note can also be reimbursed on request.

What happens if I haven't received my parcel or it arrives damaged?

If you have any problems receiving your order, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service department. If your parcel arrives damaged, we will do everything necessary to replace the items damaged in transit.

In the event of non-receipt, an investigation will be launched with La Poste to determine the cause. In any event, we will make a decision in your favor.

I'm not satisfied with my order, what can I do?

When you receive your order, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days.

To exercise this right, the products must be in their original packaging and unused.

Then simply write us an e-mail or fill in the withdrawal form. Send us your order in full, and as soon as we receive it, we'll refund you as soon as possible.
